  • Absolutely! Everything we do is tailored towards you. No matter what level you compete at, what you have available to you, or what your preferences are, our role is to make sure you get the best plan possible for you.

  • The earlier you get on top of your nutrition, the better it will be for your performance!

    As a rule of thumb for camps, the ideal amount of time is 8 weeks, however, we can also accomodate for shorter time periods if needed.

  • Yes. Because hormonal changes can lead to additional water retention, some traditional weight cutting principles can be extremely dangerous for Females.

    We always make sure to track weight changes during your cycle as well as change our weight cutting practices to make sure you are making weight safely.

  • As all of our team are Registered Dietitians, you will be able to claim back on any plan with private health.

  • Once you fill out the form, we have a 7 day turnaround on plans. If you do need it earlier, there will be a small additional fee to have it done within 3 days.
